In our fifth selected book for AgBookClub, we’ll be discussing The Food Police: A Well-Fed Manifesto About the Politics of Your Plate by Jayson Lusk. Everyone has a different opinion about their food and how it should be produced, going as far to say that farmers are destroying the land and that food is pumped with dangerous chemicals. This book aims to take back our food and learn to celebrate our meals, rather than fear them.
Here’s what you need to do this month:
Get the book. Buy it, borrow it, read over your neighbor’s shoulder — we don’t care. But don’t steal the book.
